Vastu Onsite Consultation:

During Vastu OnSite consultation our expert performs full scrutiny and examination pertaining to site, plot, soil,structure. 

OnSite consultation involves site visit, analyzing typography, soil testing, examining directions and environment. The benefits of onsite consultation are exclusively for owner and architects who can interact deeply about their plot and defects in order to get maximum advantage

Stage 1

We visit the clients site/plot and the building and collect all information as  necessary for vastu audit. The Clients can also submit their site maps viz house plan,plot layout and elevations,for the Vastu examination of the plot and the site.

*Please note for the uploaded docs during the submission:

1. Land/plot sketch.(please accurately mark magnetic directions, if not mentioned in your house plan)
2. Floor plan, if multiple floors, then send plan for all the floors.( please mark magnetic directions, if not mentioned)
3. Outside Photos of house showing front,rear and side views.
4. The plan should be a detailed one with marked rooms.
5. The area of the plot and the house should be mentioned.
6. The exteriors and surrounding should be mentioned.
7. The house interior room placements should be mentioned (directions wise)
8. If possible for you , you can also mention summary of all good events and sorrowful events (if any) with dates happened to you after moving to this home/building.This data would be useful for our Vastu Research survey on results of vastu defects and effects on individuals.

Please note the following points when we are on the site with you :
Keep ready with pen and paper to write down the changes.
Be free from all the communication devices (such as mobile, telephones).
Concerned family member should be present.
Date of Birth, Time and Place of the concerned family members.
Clear all your doubts at very time of discussion.
Make complete list of problems that has to be discussed.

Stage 2

Once the plans are submitted: We will see the directions accurately ,We will see the every detail of the house/building. We will on spot tell you the problems and the solutions ,If there is not a plan, we do make plans according to Vastu.

After a detail study our expert contacts the concerned person, if there is any discrepancy or query. This includes all information exchange as necessary for final analysis.

We call this stage "Informative,Interactive and Interesting".

Stage 3

The last stage includes a deep Vastu detailed report giving the analysis:

For a new or proposed site(Refer to "System of practice" tab for more info ): We Suggest all the possible ways of vastu so as to get the positive energies in and around the plot and prepare the new site for best energy balancing and structure installation.This report is sent to the client with marked directions and implication of remedies for the plot.

For existing property(Refer to "System of practice" tab for more info ): We will suggest rectifications and all the possible ways to get the positive energies in and around the plot and the building.This report is sent to the client with marked directions and implication of remedies for the building and the plot.Please note that we try as much as possible to suggest remedies without demolition or alterations to the existing property.The report will also include recommendations regarding arrangements and changes of living spaces and objects. Remedies will be provided to make the space more alive ,livable and completely in tune with the elements of nature. Certain protective or corrective environmental devices may be suggested to help implement this.

We also provide e-reports to all our clients either they consult us through site consultation, offsite consultation or online consultation.

Vastu off site /online consultation:
Vastu off site consultation involves that you would be providing us everything related to your plot,site and direction viz house plan,elevations,directions,plot layout and we will be giving a thorough consultation of the site. This can be done on phone or through e-mail(scroll down to see examples of documents to be uploaded ) and you can consult us personally.

Vastu via online is another part of offsite consultation ideal for people having access to internet application which gives people living far flung areas ,an exclusive opportunity to stay in touch with expert for any details.

Off site/Online consultation will be convenient for all the people who do not wish to have local inspection taken up for their site but would prefer to have offsite/online services.Local customers may benefit as they can take our service effectively either on phone or by inviting us personally on the site. People living far off the regions need not to be skeptic , as they will also receive our full analysis report of their property via mail and if they would be interested inviting us personally, we will respect their regards.
